Hailing from Amsterdam, Hans has grown up in two widely different cultures each with a different cuisine. He attended the Washington International School, where his interest in business sparked.
He currently attends the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University and is planning to work at Goldman Sachs after graduating.
FELIPE ERNST
CO-FOUNDER & HEAD OF EXPERIENTIAL MARKETING
Born and raised in the Georgetown nest itself, Felipe’s optimistic ways have always strived to seek every opportunity at hand. Having travelled the world and communicated fluently in four languages, he has always sought to understand different contextual situations.
Ever since he was a teenager, Felipe has been exposed to numerous Fortune 500 companies such as Coca-Cola and News Corp’s subsidiary Fox Business Network. However, after attending Georgetown’s MSB, he caught the entrepreneurial bug and decided to ditch every students dream to be an investment banker in hopes of creating value for society. Thus, he opted to work for one of the hottest lifestyle startups to come out of Georgetown, Sweetgreen.
At Sweetgreen, Felipe focused on experiential marketing and learned valuable insight on shaping the perception of a brand in the mind of targeted consumers. He worked closely with the executive team and garnered a much better understanding of the startup culture and structure. His goal is to solidify his spot in the DC startup scene and grow his lifestyle brand organically by providing delicious value to his loyal customers.
